I was always curious about the formula of happy life but couldn’t found any. But based on my experience or the journey I had so far I am sharing few points from my side that may help you live a happier life:

  1. Cultivate gratitude: Focus on the things you have in your life, rather than what you don’t have.
  2. Nourish relationships: Spend time with family and friends, and make an effort to build strong, positive relationships.
  3. Pursue your passions: Identify your interests and hobbies, and make time for them regularly.
  4. Exercise regularly: Regular physical activity can help boost mood and reduce stress.
  5. Practice mindfulness: Focus on the present moment, rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.
  6. Give back: Helping others can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
  7. Get enough sleep: A good night’s sleep is essential for overall health and well-being.
  8. Avoid comparison: Comparison to others can lead to feelings of inadequacy, so try to focus on your own journey and progress.
  9. Embrace failure: Failure is a natural part of the learning process, so try to view it as an opportunity for growth rather than a setback.
  10. Take care of your mental health: Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings, and seek support if you are struggling.

Remember, happiness is subjective, and what works for one person may not work for another. It’s important to find what works for you and to be kind and patient with yourself.
